All other times, the DIAC office is open to visa applicants only by appointments scheduled through the VFS-Australian Visa Application Centre(VFS-AVAC).

The DIAC office seeks your assistance in minimising e-mail and telephone enquiries. It requests applicants and their sponsors/ inviters not to make follow-up enquiries within the service standard applicable to the category of visa, or during the time it takes to meet health requirements (if applicable). Unnecessary progress enquiries deflect resources away from processing and delay the processing of all applications.
