Applications are invited for the vacancy of Visa Case Officer (part-time/casual position), Immigration Section, at the Australian High Commission, Dhaka.
The successful applicant will be trained to undertake the duties of the position. The salary will be paid BDT 1072.00 per hour. Part time means at least 5 or 6 days per fortnight, sometimes more and will require the successful applicant to be flexible in terms of work hours.
A merit based selection process will be undertaken to fill the vacancy. The selection criteria and duty statement for the vacancy are attached. Applicants should provide a concise, typed statement in support of their claims against each of the selection criteria.
Written applications should be submitted to reach the Australia High Commission by close of business 4 pm on Monday – 02 January 2012. They should be addressed to the Corporate Services Officer. Only short-listed applicants will be contacted for interview.
